Lumber Liquidator in Wilkes Barre, PA was of no help what so ever. The milling of Bellawood flooring is of poor quality. The Bellawood/Lumber Liquidator website and Lumber Liquidator states to expect a 10% allowance for milling/finished defects. The milling defects in the 55 boxes equate to approximately 75%. The contractor is forced to measure each board which is a time consuming process but necessary due to the poor quality of the cuts. The boxes of flooring were kept in a climate control environment since delivered. Of the remaining 65%, each box contains at a minimum of four different widths of boards (3-1/4, 3-1/6, 3-1/32, 3-1/2). That's 35% of the boards that are not usable. Nineteen of the 55 boxes have boards that measure anywhere from 1/16" to 3/32" difference from one end of the board to the other end. We purchased 55 boxes of Bellawood Brazilian Cherry 3/4x3-1/4 hardwood flooring.
